Can I hold UAE business visa and Saudi Employment visa at the same time?
I am holding UAE business visa, at the same time can I also get Saudi Arabia’s Employment Visa?

Yes you can. Business visa is issued for one visit and will get it null and void when you gets out of the country.
Be the way, GCC countries do not allow to hold two resident visas (unless the sponsor is the same in both countries).

Are you saying you own a business in UAE or are you just visiting UAE on a business? these are 2 different things.
May be in a year or 2 it will be possible as GCC visa which should allow double residency, replacing the current system..
