Unless you’re an oil tycoon or the prince of some African country, you’re pretty much outta luck.
Real estate in Dubai is about $8,000 a square foot.
Might I suggest a more realistic expectation???

hello,
i have started my company in Dubai that deals with offering business set up services to foreigners.
so i am familiar with business law in UAE. you need a local sponsor. first you have to decide which type of business you want to have this will give an idea about which license is suitable for that kind of business for example either: individual company, LLC or service agent
