Culture does not affect business in Dubai nor business does not affect culture. Buiness is purely business and similarly culture affects only culture in UAE.

Of course culture affects business.
When you compare the west to Dubai… there are plenty of differences… I’ll list a few:
1. Businesses in the west are task oriented. Here, they’re more relationship / trust oriented.
2. A lot of businesses here openly discriminate on the basis of gender, race, nationality, etc.
3. You can ask for mobile numbers of staff members in the UAE, that’s unthinkable for westeners!
